A Weekend in Ameland

Last weekend Adrienne me and two Swiss friends, Claudia and Martin, went to Ameland, the Hawaii of The Netherlands.
We rented two tandems and went around the island on the first day. On the second day we went for “wadlopen” where at low tide we walked over the North Sea. The weather was great and sunny, but not the best for pictures. None the less here are some shots of the weekend.

    The Hawaii of The Netherlands… hmm… never heard that one before :) I like picture #2, nice clouds, but wouldn’t it be nicer to crop the picture just a bit on the top to get rid of the foggy cloud?

    Nou, nou, echt nèt Hawaii! Eerste foto vind ik erg mooi, jammer van het lelijke paard!
